They don’t give you another client when u lose one they take months

I do not recommend monarch for services or employment. They are ignorant to there clients and employees. I have personally seen them threaten clients and I have seen there director cover up a client being robbed by an employee. They take all there clients money then they purchase them the cheapest and worst products you can buy. I have seen them remove the clients coordinators phone numbers from them so they couldn't call and report what was going on . The directors are lazy and they don't care. From day one, it has been excellent working for this company. This company is an amazing company to work for. I’ve had so many wonderful experiences, the director is wonderful and works very hard to keep her staff happy and motivated.
