My biological mother is literally sitting in the hospital because of a UTI and dehydration because her “in-home” health aide, clearly, neglected care. The morning of July 2nd, when I spoke with her, she said she needed to go to the hospital and she didn’t get there until July 3rd around 6pm. Why? She was Severely dehydrated… I am not responsible for her, YOU ARE! And yes, the “in-home” health aide was at her house.
I'm a client who lives in a shared housing and this agency sucks they hire people that suck the director of health care sucks and the director of operations she sucks this is the worst agency I ever come across they ignore complaints and all they care about is money they don't reimburse the client whose food was eaten or thrown away without the client consent they just do what ever they want no respect

They threaten employees with wage reduction, have also threatened to fire someone I know well due to a personal health issue, their overall status as an LLC seems to be relatively suspicious being that they do not publicly disclose their ownership, the paystubs they provide are lacking very basic and important info that an employer should openly provide, they pay peanuts, the supervisors need a serious education in manners and proper leadership etiquette, etc, etc.
Do Not work here. I liked the job in itself. BUT my boss never communicated with me, I would hear things from clients as to when I was needed or if I wouldn't be coming back. When it came to taxes this year I got my w2 in early Jan. I have been calling them since that it needed corrected! Here it is 4/10 and it STILL isn't corrected and they have no clue when it will be! I tried the other day to go to the office to talk to them but NOBODY actually works in the office!
