We had a fantastic experience at monarch car sales. Dan was a absolute star, so helpful, and knew his stuff about the car we were interested in. He sorted out the finance, with in a week and a bit off paper work we left the forecourt in our car. We just wanted to say thank you for all the help, and support Dan gave us . I brought a VW from Matt at Monarch this weekend after 2 of my family members had brought cars from him in the past. Matt met all expectations and beyond. We took the car on a test drive and he informed us on all the work he would complete on the car before we collected. Matt was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We were given all paper work so that we were kept in the loop of all work completed which will be helpful in the long run. We saw a car that we were interested in on the internet and I contacted Matt to arrange a time for us to go and see the car. We were made very welcome at the garage and Matt answered all of our questions. We had a quick test drive. The car needed some work for the MOT that Matt told us would be completed in the week. We went back a week later, all repairs had been completed and we were happy to buy the car.
