Bought a Kia Picanto for my wife as her first car. Whole experience from first time meeting the sales rep to the completion of sale was very professional and smooth. Everything was explained in detail and the car was fully MOT’d and serviced before collection. Well done Monarch.

I brought a VW from Matt at Monarch this weekend after 2 of my family members had brought cars from him in the past. Matt met all expectations and beyond. We took the car on a test drive and he informed us on all the work he would complete on the car before we collected. Matt was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We were given all paper work so that we were kept in the loop of all work completed which will be helpful in the long run.
