RecommendedTony and his crew are real professionals, working in a timely matter, using quality materials and cleaning up completely. Tony listened to what we wanted and delivered within our budget. Our back deck and wonderful front porch have added value to our home but more than that we have comfortable living spaces to enjoy ! 5 stars to Monarch.
Last week the crew had to brace this existing wall at 20' x 26' with temporary walls built to support the roof load and install a "Wind Beam" steel frame to replace the existing damaged wall that was severely compromised from water leaks. Another Completed remodel with A New kitchen with inset cabinets and drawers, Natural cherry wood kitchen Island countertop, tiger wood flooring, coffered ceiling,natural stone fireplaces with custom built mantles. Marble FP hearth, Led recessed lights with gimbal trims, marble backsplashes, new Pella exterior doors and windows. Cove crown moldings x 2 piece with new solid core interior doors with stacked trim moldings. Beautiful chandeliers, sconce lights and cabinet led lighting with dimmers.
