Monarch replaced our roof almost nine months ago with the exception of the gutters which we were told were 4-6 weeks out. After that time elapsed with nobody calling to update me, I was told 2-3 weeks several more times. Now Monarch doesn't reply to emails/texts/phone calls. We found out later that Monarch refused to contract with Lindus to get our same gutters and so I had to contract with them directly. I found working with Monarch Builders and Commercial Services an awesome experience. Due to hail and wind damage my house and garage roof needed replacement. We were able to establish a start date that worked great for both of us. The work was excellent, and I've already received compliments on it. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

We are very happy with our new roof and siding installation. It was a pleasure to work with Barb as we navigated the crazy long insurance process to get everything done. The insurance company didn’t want to fully replace our siding even though we met the conditions for full replacement. Monarch continued to press them on the law and pushing full replacement was the only option. I own 6 investment properties in the twin cities and they have done work on 4 of them! From full renovations to roofing, siding, and much more! They are always ON TIME, which makes them the first contractor I’ve worked with that I can say that about. Another thing to note is that their attention to detail is first class, it’s as if they are working on their own home. Very knowledgeable, very serviceable, and their work is first class. HIGHLY recommend.
