An employee of MN Monarch Construction was in downtown Cambridge today during an event planned by high school students for a peaceful protest. This man was harassing the students while filming them. Kind of creepy to be filming minors, even worse to be harassing them while representing a business and should be acting in a professional manner. Monarch replaced our roof almost nine months ago with the exception of the gutters which we were told were 4-6 weeks out. After that time elapsed with nobody calling to update me, I was told 2-3 weeks several more times. Now Monarch doesn't reply to emails/texts/phone calls. We found out later that Monarch refused to contract with Lindus to get our same gutters and so I had to contract with them directly. I found working with Monarch Builders and Commercial Services an awesome experience. Due to hail and wind damage my house and garage roof needed replacement. We were able to establish a start date that worked great for both of us. The work was excellent, and I've already received compliments on it. I would not hesitate to work with them again.
