Dont waste your money or time. I booked a full hybrid set. The service should have taken an hr and a half. I wasnt in the chair for a full hour. I sat down and 10:15 am, I got out of the chair at 11:09. The girl did not properly isolate, the lashes were stuck together. She used premade fans. The lashes were sparse and stringy looking. I asked her to add more lashes, at least complete a full hr and a half. She told me she had a "client" coming in. As if I wasnt a client standing in front of her. Unprofessional. They call me an hour before my appointment to tell me their lash tech is out for the day. Will never be coming here or their other locations again.
I cannot fully express how much I love Flirty Girl Lash Studio!! The store manager of the Allen location is so kind and considerate. I have been getting my lashes done for maybe 3 years now by various other companies/salons, but nothing compares to Flirty Girl! Also, Lauren is literally the best lash tech I’ve ever had! so thankful for this company, and I 100% recommend them!
