Ruben is the man. I went to another auto broker for my first car and actually called Ruben after I had already leased a car and he shined some light on what are standard vs unethical auto broker practices. Called in after I asked are they the so-called name on Google map they hanged up my call immediately, 100% sure they are not on business now, stay away to this business, 100% weird and sick attitude😀
