I could not have been happier with the service provided by MONARCH BILLIARDS. They gave me a delivery time , not a 2 hour window and they arrived on time . the delivery guys were very nice and they new what they were doing. from the time the truck pulled up until the table was level was less than an hour . very professional, THANKS GUYS LOVE THE NEW DIAMOND TABLE .

Great pool table and wonderful service. They came on time and spent so much time and care with the assembly. They called back to check that everything was fine. Great to do business with. Highly recommend them. We will also get a shuffleboard when a used one is available.
Monarch installed new tips on my cues.Great selection of tips and I played pool while they were installed.
