Service on Geothermal system
I have multiple experiences now with Monarch, both times the actual rep who came out was nice and knowledgeable, however this last time I called the company and laid out the issue, they said there would only be a charge if it was something new that needed fixing. Rep comes out, looks t system and says nothing he can do. Then they charge me $90 for doing absolutely nothing. My frustration is with Monarch as a whole

Great company that explains to customers the process of the repair and provides photos, videos or will show you directly what needs to be done. Always gives the pros and the cons. A great company with a personal investment in their customers.
