these people do not answer the phone, i was having a crisis & the grouphome 10 minutes away from stoneyhill would not pick up the phone after the interview never come here
It pains me to have to say this but after years of working with adults with disabilities who also attend programs run by Monarch that were very good, services have suffered because the company has been unable to adapt to changes necessary due to Covid 19 restrictions and appear to be unwilling or unable to acknowledge that the way things were are not coming back.
