Poorly built and maintained: gas and water leaks, garbage, urine and chemical smells in elevators that frequently malfunction, ceiling detaching at parking levels, balconies with fractured slabs, lobby with fractured tiles. HOA and Barkan brutally expensive, owners rights dismissed. The lack of quality in materials used is obvious throughout the building.
I recommend this company; they do a very professional cleaning. The people are very kind and honest.
