I love the Monarch! I moved to this beautiful property a few months ago and I love the staff, thank you for all you do Samaya, Tyler and Asia, the amenities are perfect for my lifestyle and the property upkeep is superb. I have no complaints!
This situation has become somewhat concerning. During my tour with Ivy Lane, he assured me that the Monarch was collaborating with law enforcement to safeguard the community. However, I have since come across reports of increased car vandalism and dissatisfaction among residents. We lived at Monarch for 3+ years and, for a while, I enjoyed being part of the community. The front office staff was always pleasant during my time there, which I appreciated. However, my experience moving out left a lot to be desired. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of communication during the move-out process. A friend of mine resides in this area, and I have considered relocating here. However, due to the recent instances of car vandalism and the extremely high rental prices, I believe it would be better to reconsider my decision.
