My experience has not been good ever since the property manager Tyler has left my living experience has only gotten worse. Currently it is all women on the rental property management team and there has been no transparency to certain things. The maintenance team is amazing they are always fast and efficient. The property is always quiet, clean and nice but management hasn’t been the same since our property manager Tyler has left.
Main office staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The best maintenance staff you will find at any complex! Overall an amazing place to call home!
Honest review as a real guest of Monarch. A voucher housing disguised as a luxury apartment. I have lived here for the past 3 years and I cannot recommend despite trying incredibly to like this place. The staff are lovely people but I’m afraid they can’t fulfill their promises to the residents. And here’s why. I absolutely love living here. It’s safe, clean, beautiful and the staff is absolutely amazing. Great community.
