I've recently moved into a new house but I lived at Monarch apartments for 2 years. It was an absolutely amazing experience. The apartments are outstanding and well maintained, clean and luxurious. The amenities are on point and well appointed. The pool is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They know your name, they are friendly and are always willing to listen to your concerns (if you have any) and will take anything you say seriously. I’ve been a resident here for two years and highly recommend it. The Great: —The property is beautiful, very peaceful, and always kept very clean. —Management is top-tier—extremely attentive, professional, and knowledgeable (the best of any complex I’ve lived in) —Zero issues with mail or package delivery in two years. The Only Downside: Car break-ins in the parking lot were a major concern for a while, though this has improved a lot over the past few months. Overall, it's a quiet, well-managed and lovely place to live.
