I’ve been a resident here for two years and highly recommend it. The Great: —The property is beautiful, very peaceful, and always kept very clean. —Management is top-tier—extremely attentive, professional, and knowledgeable (the best of any complex I’ve lived in) —Zero issues with mail or package delivery in two years. The Only Downside: Car break-ins in the parking lot were a major concern for a while, though this has improved a lot over the past few months. Overall, it's a quiet, well-managed and lovely place to live.
Management and their professionalism has declined after Tyler left and it shows. I wouldn’t classify that place as “luxury apartments.” The current management seems inexperienced and unable to provide answers; if they choose to respond at all. But here’s a mini list of pros and cons. My experience has not been good ever since the property manager Tyler has left my living experience has only gotten worse. Currently it is all women on the rental property management team and there has been no transparency to certain things. The maintenance team is amazing they are always fast and efficient. The property is always quiet, clean and nice but management hasn’t been the same since our property manager Tyler has left.
Main office staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The best maintenance staff you will find at any complex! Overall an amazing place to call home!
Honest review as a real guest of Monarch. A voucher housing disguised as a luxury apartment. I have lived here for the past 3 years and I cannot recommend despite trying incredibly to like this place. The staff are lovely people but I’m afraid they can’t fulfill their promises to the residents. And here’s why.
