Unsafe, dirty, massive security issues, smokers and failed promises. I have lived here for the past 3 years and I cannot recommend despite trying incredibly to like this place. The staff are lovely people but I’m afraid they can’t fulfill their promises to the residents. And here’s why. This is not a smoke free building despite what they advertise, they do not enforce the policies as I regularly smell weed outside and even my NEW apartment had cigarette stains on the walls when I moved in that they could not clean (see in pi... read more
I’ve lived at The Monarch since 2022 and have enjoyed it. My area is peaceful, aside from occasionally hearing kids in the hallway. I’ve rarely smelled marijuana near the back entrance, but never inside my apartment. Sometimes there’s litter near the elevator, but that’s mostly from residents or their children not cleaning up after themselves. The cleaning staff does their job. I was very interested in considering this apartment complex but the reviews are a bit concerning. I am hopeful that they will correct the security issues as soon as possible for their current residents.
Thank you Heavenly Father for my new home. You have planned and placed me here. My neighbor's are kind and helpful. The onboarding staff, Tyler and Somaya have been wonderful. The apartment is clean and quiet. Great place to praise, worship and pray. Thank you.
I love the Monarch! I moved to this beautiful property a few months ago and I love the staff, thank you for all you do Samaya, Tyler and Asia, the amenities are perfect for my lifestyle and the property upkeep is superb. I have no complaints!
