I had a great experience with MonaLisa Monuments Co. I found the owners friendly, highly competent and I loved their selection. They were the 3rd company that I had shopped and when I walked in, I knew I would be selecting them based on the efficiency, organization of the office, and obvious knowledge of their business. The stone is beautifully done with everything I had asked and in a timeIy manner. I would recommend Mr. & Mrs. Aikens without question. They are so kind and helpful.
I love the beautiful head stone the Aikens did for my beloved one. They have the best stones I have ever seen in my life. They are very quick and reliable, love how great they communicate everything with me through this process of my lost beloved one.
This was my second time using MonaLisa to take care of one my most cherished loved ones (My Grandmother). Once again, they did not disappoint. I as well as my the rest of my family loved her headstone. They took their time and captured every detail we asked for. Very professional company and I will definitely be using them again, if and when that time comes.
This company is the absolute worst! My grandmother passed on 11/30/2022. ( my birthday) . It’s February 8, 2025 still no death date or her picture. They were paid in full. They even left the engraving sketching paper on the head stone for a year! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET!!!!!!
