Tom is the best. You get first rate hair cuts at a very reasonable price. It is not a fancy place but Tom is worth it.

Cheap and good haircut. The interior is not much to look at. Tom cut my hair. This guy is fast with good skill. He's not much of a talker which is good. He only asked me what I want and he did a good job in less than 15 minutes. Tom speaks Cantonese and other female workers mainly speak Mandarin. Tom is off on Tuesdays.
