Tim and Tim turned our 1890 drafty barn into a home. Our house needed tuck pointing basically from the second story up. The openings were so bad you could stick your finger between the bricks. The mortar had weathered away from our Watertown Cream brick building. I had attempted to correct the situation myself and found that it was harder than I had assumed, in other words I did a crappy job. We selected Monahan Masonry to restore a critical part of the sandstone entry to our vintage home in Shorewood. The job required a careful removal of deteriorated stone and a precision replacement with new blocks that would provide a close match to the original material around it.
