I was the 3rd or 4th person to move in here... And I had NEVER lived here before. The RULES people... Get more and MORE by the DAY TO THE POINT OF RIDICULOUS!! But they DO offer 9% of the apartments income based rent. Everything is electric... And I PAY for it. But central sir in the summer... Love it
Looks decent, I don't like the type of stoves they have in their apartments . I am a little heavy-handed and wouldn't want to break it. I like stoves that have coil elements of their electric or burners if it's a gas stove. Also, not a knock to them. I just would like the rent prices be more affordable, like before covid. Also, now, you're just basically mortgaging an apartment. Nowadays, there's no utilities included in the rent, even for a 600 sqft apartment rental property.
It's too expensive for subsidized housing. It was 1100 a year ago with no electricity included which really means more like 1200 a month. With how many apartments there are I would be afraid that bed bugs would be a common occurance. Also, there's no carpeting in the bedrooms and so that seems uncomfortable. These prices after covid are ridiculous and there needs to be a cap put on rental units like they have in some countries. The rental prices in NH, especially Nashua, are out of control and people, especially poor people ... read more
