We have a beautifully renovated banquet hall that offers a 3600 sq ft main dining area that is 60ft x 60ft. It has a stage to the front of the area that is 15ft x 7ft. We offer red, blue, and green in ceiling lighting available able to isolate each color or a mix of colors. We have a maximum capacity of 265. Our facility is a smoke free facility. I had my wedding there in April of 2023, the hall was NOT CLEAN the peoples (wedding coordinator) had to come in and clean the day of the wedding. The air conditioner was not working so my wedding party and guess was sweating like crazy IT'S WAS SOOO EMBARRASSING. I call the hot line for someone to come out to fixed it but NO ONE CAME, they offer to give me $100 dollars off for my pain and suffering of the HEAT on my WEDDING DAY. Had party and were harassed by the staff from beginning to end having paid extra money for every little charge they can find do not recommend
It very disheartening that $10,000 was spent for a party in this hall that couldn’t even go on longer than 5 minutes without a complaint from the owner. Before spending money, time, effort etc. into this party an understanding and agreement was made with Johanna regarding what would be expected. However, once the time came everything went opposite!
