Lost heat early evening, called Simons, now Crisafulli Brother's, women who answered phone was knowledgeable, courteous, showed empathy for my situation, sent Cam to house for evaluation, again knowledgeable, empathetic, polite., old furnace, they found the part I needed, installed said part, house is nice and warm again... The sales person (Mark) came the next day by mid day, we determined I needed a replacement. He gave me several options and clearly laid out the payment options and different tax breaks.
