We hired Monahan Building to do an addition for my home and I was very happy with the result. They were professional, courteous and efficient throughout the whole process. I hired Monahan Building to redo my fireplace and to install built-ins on either side of the fireplace. The fireplace looks beautiful! I'm so happy with it! I highly recommend Michael and his team.

This business doesn't pay their subcontractors and scams customers. It looks like all positive reviews are paid for from accounts with no other reviews. But you don't have to believe me, this address is at a UPS box, he misspells Monaghan, and some of the pictures of houses on his site he had nothing to do with and he grabbed from other websites (do a reverse image search). He will continuously bill you for overages you didn't agree to, pocket the money, and when you eventually push back, he will cut and run, leaving you wit... read more

I recently worked with Monahan Building and Ingrids Designs to build my custom home. They were easy to work with and the project was done on time and on budget. Mike’s wife Ingrid of Ingrids Designs was a huge help with the interior decorating as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom home builder and Interior designer
