Great customer service. Lots of choice, knowledgeable staff. Best place in Dumfries for jewellery. A special thank you to the lady who helped my daughter when she couldn’t get her ear-ring back in.
Absolutely incredible service, I purchased an item online yesterday and it arrived next day - despite the stock saying it was on back order. It arrived much sooner than I had expected and they had also taken care to tipex out a surprise I had mentioned on the order notes before sending. I suspect they may have paid extra delivery for it to get here sooner. Thoughtful, and swift company that I will absolutely use in the future for jewellery purchases Thank you
