I have to start off by saying the original transaction went very smoothly but the follow up from the dealer leaves a lot to be desired. When I purchased my used vehicle I noted that the vehicle had lug locks and asked for the key. The salesman told me he would work to locate it. After I left with the vehicle I did not hear back from the salesperson until I reached out to see how the search for the key was going. Absolutely, ridiculous place. I brought in a ford fiesta with 70k miles in order to get it fixed for a common transmission issue. instead of simply giving a diagnosis, they told me they could swap two parts to know if it was that for $200, on top of the 150 for the initial diagnosis. that obviously failed, they refused to look at the TCM which I very much think it was, then they tried to screw me by telling me it would be CHEAPER TO PAY $900 DOLLARS TO SIMPLY DIAGNOSE THE TRANSMISSION.
