I have to start off by saying the original transaction went very smoothly but the follow up from the dealer leaves a lot to be desired. When I purchased my used vehicle I noted that the vehicle had lug locks and asked for the key. The salesman told me he would work to locate it. Absolutely, ridiculous place. I brought in a ford fiesta with 70k miles in order to get it fixed for a common transmission issue. instead of simply giving a diagnosis, they told me they could swap two parts to know if it was that for $200, on top of the 150 for the initial diagnosis. that obviously failed, they refused to look at the TCM which I very much think it was, then they tried to screw me by telling me it would be CHEAPER TO PAY $900 DOLLARS TO SIMPLY DIAGNOSE THE TRANSMISSION. First time using the Swanzey location. I brought my work truck in for service and on the first day it was left parked in the lot there was a written quote to buy my 2023 truck from me for $25,000. Now, where am I gonna find a replacement for that price? This was followed up by a text trying to buy a day later And today I got an email trying to buy; I should mention my truck still hasn’t been repaired yet, warranty work with no loaner. I may raise this rating once the work is done, but this strikes me unprofessional.
*Edited review* I still appreciate everything even though the car had a ton on issues in the beginning, costing me over $1500 in parts. Now that I have it running again it’s back to enjoying the car! I’m still overall very happy with how I was treated by the whole team specially Matt I would work with again and would still recommend Monadnock Ford!
