My wife recently purchased a Ford Escape from Monadnock Ford in Brattleboro. Matt, the salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. CJ the manager was very supportive and helpful in providing information on leasing versus buying. She was very pleased with the service and the ease of purchasing her car there.
Only dealt with the service dept once.. They were an absolute joke….. Kurtis charged me $ 310.00 to have a tech drive my truck for an hour. No fixes were made , nothing was done. Basically a 310.00 diag for nothing…. After this I get to deal with this Amanda fella messaging me all the time despite asking for her to not… And blatantly ties lying about I inquired about a vehicle ( One month ago ).
