Worst experience in my life at an emergency room. My 2 yr old son had been diagnosed with RSV by his pediatrician and the following morning he was experiencing rapid breathing. Our pediatrician told us to take him to the ER asap (which the Internet advises the same thing if your child has RSV and rapid breathing!) so this is what we did. We chose Monadnock as I gave birth to both my kids at this hospital and am also a patient at family care. My husband & I felt it was a trusted facility. Every experience we have had with this ER has been exceptional. The waiting room is clean and aesthetically pleasing, the care rooms are also clean and private, and every member of staff I have encountered has been friendly, kind, and professional. My husband and mother have both been there prior to my own experience and gave stellar reviews, encouraging me to go there if I ever needed care. So I didn't hesitate when I did need emergency care, and I don't regret it at all. I will absolutely return for future care needs.
This is a super place to go... if you like being medically gaslit by a pompous, condescending, entitled white male who should have his medical license revoked. After several horrendous experiences here, I will only go back if I'm unconscious & have no choice. Zero wait time, they got us in right away. The doctor was friendly, funny, & informative of my situation. Highly recommend.
