The ER providers here are not compassionate or understanding of patient needs. The few times that I have been here they were rude, inconsiderate, and slow... especially the younger providers desperately needed training in bedside manner. I strongly recommend going to a different hospital where the providers are at least some what sympathetic to their clients. Great nurses. One horrible doctor. Many mistakes. Poor communication. Fine ED for simple things.
Worst experience in my life at an emergency room. My 2 yr old son had been diagnosed with RSV by his pediatrician and the following morning he was experiencing rapid breathing. Our pediatrician told us to take him to the ER asap (which the Internet advises the same thing if your child has RSV and rapid breathing!) so this is what we did. We chose Monadnock as I gave birth to both my kids at this hospital and am also a patient at family care. My husband & I felt it was a trusted facility.
