Dont live here. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. Everything is broken all the time. There is one elevator that is broken at least once a week. The water gets turned off once a week. You might get notified but probably not. Everyone in the office is rude and not helpful. They have no idea whats going on and there is a new person working every week, with obviously no training. Monaco South could improve if they demolished the entire place and build a new/better apartment complex.
This place is a literal nightmare. Dog excrement everywhere, trash everywhere, the office staff is beyond rude, unprofessional and inept at their jobs. Avoid this place and their management company, Echelon, if you can. Water shut off problems for the past 6 months straight, elevator problems as well for the past 6 months, there's broken glass littered constantly around the stairwells, there are no lights outside sections of apartments and rights of way that lead to and from the elevators. If you need maintenance done and have made the point that it's urgent, they still won't bother. It's like pulling teeth to get them to send someone over for any type of maintenance. They're horrible to deal with and charge an arm and a leg for ****** service and apartment buildings they don't care much about. They also couldn't care less about the tenants. Fucking awful. Shit management, shit maintenance team, shit in the courtyard. Bad earwig problem, little devil bugs from hell that crawl on you at night and talk shit when your not around. The front office people are fucking worthless trash water, like the liquid in the bottom of the garbage can after you take out the bag, that's what they are.
