Appointment was booked online with Violeta. We received a confirmation and a reminder for this appointment We arrived on time and were told to be seated No one attended to us until I asked about five minutes later where Violetta was. I was told "she is not here". No word on if she was coming. I'd give zero stars if I could . Please disable online appointment booking if you can't fulfill your commitments.

Thank you to Kelsey and her team at Monaco Hair. I finally achieved my boy band era hairstyle look from the 90s and she made it possible and helped me to get the results I was aiming for! A great vibe and I would highly recommend her and her team again!

Today was my first and last time here. I made an appointment online for curls as I have a wedding today, and I’ve been wanting to try this place out since it’s in my neighbourhood. I walked in a few minutes before my appointment and there was no one else in the salon expect for a lady at the front desk staring at her phone. She didn’t look up when I walked in. I’ve had my hair cut and coloured here and I have been really happy with my results! Kelsey is professional, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. I also brought my daughter in for a haircut, and she did such a great job with her. The salon has a welcoming atmosphere, and the service is excellent. We will definitely be coming back!
