Spent 5 hours attempting to make an apointment but the line has been continuously busy or just no answer. Haven't gotten to the service part yet as I can not get through to an actual human.
Rolled in with a flat, a panicked persona and a time crunch as I needed to pick up my child from camp. They dealt with all three issues with a flair, had me out in time to pick up my daughter while treating me respectfully and fairly ( actually generously)!!! Not for a second did I feel as though I was being treated as the clueless car owner I am. I highly recommend them, especially if you don’t know what you’re doing because they will talk you through things in a calm way and treat you fairly!!!!
