Recently purchased a 2026 f250 from them and I have to say the sales team was awesome. everyone was super nice and professional. Found my new truck at Monaco Ford. Really love it and the service was red carpet all the way, top notch. Dalen, the sales manager, Jacob the finance wizard, and Mike Hitchery all were wonderful people. Mike took great care and time explaining, helping me integrate my phone, learn and understand the vehicle w/o feeling rushed or hurried. Just a great bunch down there. Why don’t you go see’em ? My husband Glenn and I can't say enough good about our experience with Monaco Ford in Niantic. From the sales to finance they were incredible. This is the first time that we had a sales person, Brianna, go out to the truck and explain the dash board. Things sure have changed since we bought our last car.
