I bought a used diesel truck (63k) at the higher end of the used car range for this specific truck. They fought me on my trade price when I was already losing, sales team was horrible and very pushy, promised me a $40 front license plate bracket and was laughed at for asking for it over the phone. I bought a Ford Bronco Sport from them. Worked with Daelon and Brianna. I shopped around and they gave me the best price for the car and also for my trade-in. They were friendly, easy to work with, there were no hassles, no hidden costs and no sales pitch. I usually buy a new car every 7 to 10 years and I’m definitely gonna use them again if I buy another Ford.
Everyone at Monaco Ford of Niantic was amazing!!! I live in Trumbull/work in Norwalk but decided to have some parts/accessories delivered to this location because my boyfriend was going to be in the area this past weekend anyway.
