This is a great apartment community in a very, very nice area of the valley. The prices are reasonable, the neighbors are quiet, the staff is very helpful and courteous and the location cannot be beat. I felt safe and I felt my car was safe while it was parked there, even if I was not there for a long stretch of time. I felt like the infrastucture, while old and prone to break, was being maintained very well.
