Sonia was amazing. Very friendly & knowledgeable.
We have been very happy living here at Monaco Apartments. The staff have been very accommodating and always available to help. But mostly we feel like this is home for us with community of people who live here and the care of all the staff. Thank you for such a great job for creating a beautiful place for us to say this is home.
I submitted several Maintenance Requests. All were addressed within 24 hrs. They have all been completed and one appointment has been confirmed so the issue will be addressed expediently. Sal, is very attentive,friendly yet professional. I appreciate the prompt attention to my issues.
Sal did a great job handling my maintenance request. He was on-time and always has a great attitude. Oscar did a great job also handling an issue with my ceiling on Sal's request. Much appreciated!
