My family and I lived here for almost three years, and it was the best decision we made when we moved to Midland. Amber is fantastic; she always helped us with our questions, gave us an excellent customer service and was very kind specially with my child April has been the best manager. Since she arrived, They've organized activities, and she treats everyone very well. The previous manager was very rude. The pest control policy works perfectly!
Monaco is awesome! Everything is super clean, the apartments are modern, the gym and pool are great, and the staff is always so kind. Maintenance is very on top of their job—every time I put in a request, it’s taken care of within a day. The whole place feels brand new and peaceful. I truly love living here!
