Although I didn’t end up moving to Midland, I had such a positive experience with this apartment community. April was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and make things as easy as possible. I truly appreciated her warmth and helpfulness. If you’re considering living here, you’ll be in great hands with April!

Ever since Myan Management has taken over, I have seen significant improvement in this community. The timely responses, the courtesy notes left by pest control or maintenance when they enter your apartment, etc. Communication and transparency is a 10/10 here. They are a well trusted staff. The complex takes issues very seriously to keep things orderly. This is my first apartment ever outside of student housing and I have just been impressed. Thank you all for making this a great living experience!
