We recently were hired to perform repairs on a building. April and the ladies in the office were an absolute pleasure to work with! Will definitely continue to provide services to them
It’s Saturday and the office ours are posted on the door as 11-4. No one was there from 1-1:30. The phone number on the door is NOT the correct number. When called several times I got a message it was a number that could not be connected. I’m a resident trying to return keys, etc. for move out. While sitting and waiting there were 4 different cars that came and the people went up to the door and it’s locked. They were interested in checking out the apartments. Monaco Midland has been a great place to call home. I love the community and welcoming it feels. The recent improvements around the property have really made a difference, and the staff is always friendly and willing to help with anything you need. Overall, it’s been an awesome experience living here!
I gave proper notice and informed the Monaco two months before my move-out date, yet they later claimed I never did. Because of their poor record-keeping and lack of accountability, I was charged over $1,000 that I should never have owed. Extremely frustrating experience and very disappointing management. I would not recommend living here.
