This is literally the worst business you'll ever have the displeasure to stumble upon. These are thieves, liars, money hungry narcissists, family owned business that will use any opportunity they can to dry you out of the last cent you have, so the women in the family could afford more plastic surgeries :D Do yourself a favor and buy jewelry from a business that cares about you and the items you will be wearing on your body.

Terrible customer service. Super aggressive sales tactics. Not helpful at all and just plain rude even when just browsing. The gentleman that works there could not have been more off putting to myself. Very forceful sales wise. I have many watches (AP/Rolex as well as lesser brands) and I am very knowledgeable but I was treated as stupid. I usually deal with some of the kindest and most helpful jewellers. Ordered an engagement ring for my man, I stressed that I need it delivered for a certain date so I'll be able to give it to him on our anniversary, they promised a rushed service, ended up arriving really late and with a scratch on the ring. I am so deeply upset. Thanks for nothing Monaco. Also, the young worker there is unknowledgeable and rude. Unbelievably bad experience
