Stephanie and the rest of the staff are questionable to me. I believe they give false numbers and reports in a scheming way in order to garner more business. I can go into it further with anyone who contacts me. They are also rude and highly unprofessional. I'm about to miss a surgery that I've had a year in the making due to their unprofessionalism. I wouldn't recommend them to a rat. I can't wait to call my primary physician tomorrow and get an entirely new heart doctor in an entirely new building or facility. Those people... read more
My son has been trying for weeks to attain information from them on his A - Fib and Heart Arrhythmia. He needs the information to provide an agent for his disability. They lied and told him it was in the mail and it never came. They then told him to come into the office for the paperwork and they didn't provide that either noting a missed appointment. This doctor doesn't take her patients seriously whatsoever. She refused to believe a diagnosis I had previously that is definitely correct, she cut me off anytime I spoke even though she asked me a question, couldn't be bothered to spell my three letter last name correctly on all my referrals and paperwork even though I corrected it when I saw it. I had my first visit yesterday. Dr. Youseff was incredibly thorough going through my medical history and issues. Any questions I had were answered completely with thorough explanations. Excellent experience.
Dr Youssef is a great doctor and I trust her every recommendation and opinion. Shes very good at explaining everything. Very smart doctor. Everyone has a lot to learn from her.
