Recently had a panel replacement on my Ifor Williams 505 horse trailer, and the customer service was above and beyond. From first phone call to the parts coming in and being fitted only took 2 weeks. I then collected the trailer to find they’d kindly resprayed the rusty door clips and polished the rest of the trailer as well. Huge thanks to John, Jason and the rest of the team, it looks fantastic ⭐️
Fantastic service off John at llangefni, made the purchase of the trailer very easy, will Definitely be using again in the future.
Phoned Mona Tractors Wednesday due to my John Deere axle snapping completely. Spoke to Jason and he got it pick up within the hour and back to me by Friday in readiness to cut our Campsite (Llys Derwen) before our busy weekend with new customers. Jason and team, can’t thank you enough, top class service!!
