I had a really frustrating experience with Dr. Ramsey’s office. At both of my annual check-ups, they ran hormone and infection tests without telling me or asking for permission—and I ended up with surprise bills of $250 and $75. When I called to ask about it, the office manager, Monica, was super rude and even hung up on me. The front desk staff are also not friendly and always seem in a rush. Overall, I felt disrespected and totally left in the dark as a patient.

So bad stuff, so bad the way how the stuff communicates with each others and so bad customer service!!! Every time I have a visit I need to fight or arguing with them to do their job right, is even they do not deserve a one Star , the front desk so rude , also the technician that who do the ultrasound are rude , not explaining what she is seeing while she scans my belly , and when I asked her please just tell me what the part of the baby is this , she said I am putting the abbreviation in the screen I do not have time to exp... read more
