Worst customer service ive ever experienced
I can’t speak highly enough of Mark from Mona Motor Repairs. While on holiday in Port Stephens with my family, we were left stranded with a flat tyre. Mark came to our aid without hesitation, got us back on the road quickly, and refused to take any money for his help. Genuine kindness like that is rare these days. Mark is a true gentleman and a credit to his trade. If you ever need help, you’d be lucky to have someone like him come to your rescue. Highly recommended.
"Excellent! They were about to close on Saturday 4th January, but when I drove in, they serviced my car. I needed the service done as it was due for my vehicle. The attitude and behaviour of the staff were top-notch. This was my first time there - for sure I will return. Thanks!"
Owner of this workshop is an extremely rude individual. I've been his customer for several years, today I went to him and he didn't even look at my face and very arrogantly said I don't have space to park your car here even though he had a few spaces available. He said I can't look at it, take it somewhere else. There was no reason to act so rude whatsoever. Absolutely disgusting. I know many of his customers from the community in Auburn and I will tell them to stay away from this guy.
