This was the most rude and disrespectful experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic. Before visiting, I called ahead to confirm whether they could service my car if I arrived about half an hour before closing. From the first call to book, they provided efficient and easy service. I booked in to have front and rear brakes changed as advised by a dealership. It is not often that you get a mechanic telling you that you don’t need to go ahead with all repairs. Mark was honest and took the time to show me how worn my brakes were. Very reasonably priced and fast service. I will continue to trust my car in their care. Thank you.
