One word. Awful. She confused me with another patient; rushing and speaking super fast. I came in for a tear in my left shoulder cuff. She injected in the BACK of my shoulder. There is nothing back there but muscle. I had to go to another surgeon and he placed the cortisone in the FRONT by the joint. I tried to put no stars but this not allowed. Awful.
