Not recommended for personal self help. My husband and I attended an anger management class because we were seeking help with managing our anger in a healthy manner. This class was supposed to be 4 hours long for $60 per person. The class started 45 minutes late with a 30 minute break. With only 1.5 hours left, we didn't learn anything. Mona Mentors received donated gift cards and hygiene items and distribute them to children in foster care, homeless shelters and the elderly. The Director of this program is a person who really cares about the welfare of my mother, she provides a home visit once a month to make sure my mother is doing ok and to make groceries, transport her to the doctor. She has even provided my mother with the doctors co-pays and located her a great doctor at Herman Hospital. The Director of the Program is truly passionate about her work. ... read more
