Customer service is nonexistent. I was scheduled for a cosmetic consulation over the phone. Upon arriving to my consultation I was informed that there was a consultation fee of 200+ dollars. I asked why I wasnt informed of this fee and requested to speak the manager. The lady at the front desk went to the back to ger the manager and returned 10 minutes later to tell me that the office manager was the one who I spoke with who actually scheduled the apointment but was on break and unable to speak to me.
