I am disappointed with this doctor’s apparent lack of sympathy, compassion, and integrity in her interactions with me. Fortunately I quickly reevaluated and discontinued my care under her supervision. She was my PCP but when I requested a note to excuse my court jury duty due to health issues, she declined and referred me back to the specialist who was no longer employed at that clinic.
