Honestly the most INCONSIDERATE doctor I’ve ever had. I have medication I am supposed to take everyday. When there was a shortage I had to call pharmacies individually, have them check if they had any and after hours of calling around found one that had it. Dr. Khater now refuses to send a script once it’s sent out. I end up waiting 3 WEEKS because of this. I was recommended to this office and it was my initial appointment. The staff members were incredibly kind. They greeted me warmly and had conversations that made me feel comfortable and well-cared for, including the phlebotomist who skillfully took my blood without any pain and quickly. I usually have difficulty with blood draws, but she did an outstanding job. The doctor Dr. Mona Khater listened attentively and made me feel understood. I am delighted that I selected this facility for myself and my daughters.
