I visited Mona Hair for the first time, and I have to say Tony made the experience excellent. Although it was my first time at this shop, he was very patient and attentive throughout the process. What stood out to me was that he went above and beyond, offering extra service without rushing, clearly focusing on customer satisfaction rather than just finishing the job. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this one is important to share. I’ve been coming to this particular salon once a year when I visit Vancouver, so I consider myself a repeat client. This time, however, was such a sour experience that I won’t be returning. I walked in for a root colour and blow dry. The male stylist who helped me was polite and did a good job with the colour.
