Mona represented the seller during our transition. Overall she had good communication and was professional. The main reason for 3 stars is because she allowed the listing to expire instead of marking it as sold to us (the buyers) so now I am getting calls, texts, outreach from other realtors multiple times a week now months after the house was sold asking if we want to sell our house. It is very frustrating and a huge waste of time.
