I have had several maintenance guys come to fix up my place but this new guy Rob they have has been amazing so far he’s find the issues I have thru out my apartment and he’s executing each issue without any problems.

I've lived here 3 years, it's not as bad as it used to be. My apartment doesn't have bugs, but it also doesn't have all its windows, we've embarrassed plywood as an acceptable replacement, birds and stray cats come in sometimes. It's a very humbling experience at times in comparison to ACJ and the river rats. Some buildings would require investing 5 grand into them just to condemn them they are so run down.
