I was going to buy a home in an area after being here for 4 years there's no way I'm going to put up with this for a lifetime your sewage should not be your most expensive household bill
Someone needs to look into this place, they are getting away with robbery. Sewage fees nearly twice that of the water company and now on top of that they are going to charge a fee to pay online, for both card and bank transfer. The only way I see to get out of their fees is to authorize automatic payment. With how shady they seem to be I would advise against that, god forbid they make some sort of "clerical" error. Way over priced something needs to be done about this.... the water is horrible and the prices are triple then other areas because they are scamming people they have no help at all...no programs available for low income...killing your customers is absolutely disgusting
My water was shut off, bc yes, I couldn't pay it in time. $229 bill. Go to get it turned back on. $605. But nonetheless, I paid it, bc we have no choice, at 10am, and they never came to turn it back on. They're now closed, and we have to wait from Thursday to Monday, at least. Also, the guy at the front desk doesn't care about anything but to be sure you are handing him money. 0 stars if it were an option.
Extortionists. They even charge a fee to pay with a debit card.
