First let me say I am not happy to be posting this review, but it is necessary. These extortionists put a $40 notice on your door when the payment is late. Then if you don't pay that $40 (but still pay your monthly bill as usual) you get another $40 notice. So that's $80 of your hard earned dollars, and they give you a 10 day shut off notice. Mind you that's a shut off notice for the FEE, not your actual sewer bill (in my case it's just $55 per month), which is 100% paid but was indeed late, once. I have never encountered a ... read more

Martin is always kind when extending his help at the front desk. Martin is also always willing to go the extra mile by providing helpful resources whenever needed

Martin, an employee from there was the most helpful that I've encountered with this company. He stayed on to care for my needs and to to make sure I wasn't being over charged. However their rates are just really high. This man did go above and beyond to even send me emails of charities that could help with my situation. I usually get hardened employees that do not care and just want you to pay the bill. 4 stars for Martin but in all, the sewage rates should be lowered.
