Considering when I scheduled my appointment, I explained what I was expecting from my visit, there must have been a communication error. Left feeling betrayed and will probably be dumping Mon Valley primary care. This isn't my regular location, but none the less, I didn't expect to be receiving any less professionalism at any of their locations.
