Never answers the phone, even though I call multiple times day (5+ most of the time) just for simple appointment issues or refills. They never fill the refills in a timely manner either and I normally have to call and speak with someone to get it filled
I've had nothing bad to say about this clinic. When I go to my appointments with Bittany gnus I have never had an issue. Very carrying office personal as well. I can't speak for others ,but I have great care here so far.
Worst office ever they don't answer the phone after 9:30 am can't get a appointment for weeks, i had a girl lie to my face saying she checked with the insurance company anout something i checked and she didn't they think they are so special it's mon valley really, good ridence
I've been a patient here for 5 years. I used to see Marissa and everything was good. Well Marissa left and didn't leave a forwarding address for us patients unfortunately. I had to start seeing someone else as of 7 months ago. Last time nobody called me with test results. I left messages for someone to please call me and explain what I saw in my patient portal but those went ignored. Fast forward to last month I went back for my 6 month check in.
