My mother has been at this long term home for several months and has had a very positive experience. She enjoys the food and the staff have been kind. Thank you to the terrific staff who have made her feel safe and welcomed.
My dad is newly accepted to Mon Sheong Downtown location. This place is very cleaned and bright. Rooms are spacious on 2nd floor, it’s the Dementia secured units. Big shoutout to Jacky, nurses and home staffs over there who helped my dad’s settlement process smoothly. Very kind and full of caring staffs right here. My dad enjoys Chinese diets here in this home as well. Parking is an issues as the street parkings are always full. Underground parkings are staffs only so visitors have to find nearby parkings or public transits.... read more
