Spent 3 weeks trying to get a call back for storm windows, called multiple times. Finally got a email asking where I'm from so they could get an authorized dealer in contact with me. Let them know, then never heard back again. Will never use them based on customer service alone
To the owners of MonRay storm windows, you really need to get rid of the DEI hire "Cameron V", this guy can't even get a quote out, have been waiting for over 3 months and in his emails back and forth, he claimed he would get the quote out but needed help from someone on the "floor" to get the quote figured out. Still haven't gotten a quote and gave up, you lost business and will continue to do so, there is no way this Cameron can be "Administrative & Sales Assistant" when he can't even get a quote out. Do not use this company. Their customer service is terrible. Still waiting for them to complete the project. work never finished. Broken window and torn screen Molding not match.
