Not patient friendly at all. Consistent wait to get medicines refilled, renewed. They have caused hospital admissions to happened because of their unwillingness to work with er doctors after discharge. Currently been doing the usual phone tag daily for 5 BUSINESS days for a medicine the pharmacy just needs a billing code for.
