The lady told us we didn't need to make an appointment just to trim our dog's nails; just to come in anytime after 3:30. We showed up 4 and waited for ten minutes while she dealt with another customer, only to be told that she is too busy to trim nails and to come back another time. Have been bringing our darling dogs here for nearly 20 years and have never had a problem! They always come back clean and smelling great.
Not recommended!!! They know they're the only place in town. Made appointment weeks ago and our doggie had to wait 3 hours!!!! Not happy at all and will make the trip to GR next time!!!!
Worst grooming experience EVER! I don't know if they just have a huge turnover of groomers or what their problem is, but I am appalled. We have wind chills of 20 below zero and we asked for a trim for our Old English Sheepdog. First we were asked if we wanted the $35 hair cut or a $48 hair cut. We've gone there (because they're the only place in town) and NEVER been asked that. Then when we picked him up he was virtually bald. Do they never groom Old English Sheepdogs? Don't they have a clue? I don't know where we'll go next... read more
