A Hidden Gem!!! From the moment we walked in the door we felt that we were in the right space!! My friend and booked massages together in the Salt Cave. It was magical. Nina and Simona were amazing! The space is so inviting while maintaining the perfect balance of professionalism. im looking forward to participating in more of the Quantum Healing and energetic offerings at Mon Ami. We will definitely be back.
I have read about how beneficial salt rooms/ caves can be for people for years, but had never gone to one until this year. After struggling with some respiratory issues, I decided it was time to try one firsthand. I was very pleased to see that Mon Ami was located right here in Loveland. I have visited several times now and I’m very happy with the benefits I’m personally experiencing. I definitely recommend Mon Ami and Nina (she is so sweet)!
I had a Swedish massage, my husband got the deep tissue, and both were in the salt cave with Nina. It was my first time in a salt cave and it was great! I definitely felt my sinuses were cleared out, and the massage was very relaxing on a heated table. My husband said the deep tissue was awesome too. Worth a visit!
Nina is an absolute gem!!! I have been to massage therapists in other countries and resorts here in the states and no one has given a massage as wonderful as her! She used a tuning fork on my ankle that I rolled to break up the scar tissue and used pressure points in my lower back to release tension. I can say without hesitation, she is the best masseuse I have been to. Would 100 percent recommend to anyone looking for relaxation or if you are starting a wellness journey! You will not be disappointed!
Everyone needs to come to this place! It was personal, friendly, beautiful and I felt as though I was the most important client there during my time. The massages in the salt cave were some of the best I have experienced. Professional, personal, and healing are my words that I take away from my experience. Thank you!
