Shaky Shaky is a name I don’t want to say anymore. The man picked us up from the hotel in a timely fashion to get to our concert. He dropped us off, he told us where to wait for him, we called him to pick us up around 12am and he had us waiting for close to 2 hours. I called him on 3 different phones from our group of 5 people and he said sorry I did not get back to you that’s my bad. I’m highly disappointed, dissatisfied, and would not recommend a dishonest driver to anyone.

This was the worst taxi experience we’ve ever had!! My family and I went to see a concert and the taxi driver “Shaky shaky” drive us to the arena and agreed on picking us back up at a certain time. When it was time for pick up, the taxi driver had us waiting for almost two hours from the time we agreed.

Well well well, if it ain’t Shaky Shaky! If you’re in Syracuse, NY and are trying to go to a concert with reliable transportation just know that your cab experience might be a coin toss! You might get picked up in 15 mins or 2 HOURS LATER. On our way out, we asked if he’d be able to pick us up by 12 at the end of the concert — he made us false promises and gave my group a location for pickup. AND WE ATE IT UP. Moms Taxi is the worst taxi company in Syracuse. They are dishonest, vile people who take pleasure in making they're customers feel worthless. Do not use Moms Taxi for anything because you will regret it, I know I did
