Very disappointed with the service at Momoyo Vivacity the other afternoon. We stood at the cashier for quite some time, but no one attended to us even though the store was not busy. If the staff were busy, they could have simply informed us to wait for a while. Instead, we were left standing in front of the cashier without any attention or acknowledgement. Excellent service at Momoyo Vivacity..The staff were really friendly and helpful, and my order was prepared very quickly. I really appreciate the fast service and positive attitude of the team. Keep up the good work! 😊

Dtg sini nak beli matcha ice cream tp habis dan cashier promote utk try jasmine milktea. Suprisingly..sedap. rasa mcm cha**e.. Lagi 1 staff sini friendly dan ceria wpun mall dah nak tutup(beli dlm 9.40mlm). Masih bersemangat kerja dan melayan customer yg masih nak beli.
